Mens’ Cut and Color
30 minutes, Haircut, Color and Style (open)
Non-Pro / Pro

  • Each stylist must bring only one (1) male model.
  • Each model should wear: Plain white colorless T-Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes

Before the competition

  • The model’s hair must be wet and combed-back flat.
  • Hair Perming, coloring & rebonding must be done before the competition starts.

Competition proper

  • All cutting tools are allowed.
  • For hair color, any brand/product is allowed.
  • All styling products are allowed except for glittery gels and colored sprays.
  • Hair iron, curling iron/blow dryer is allowed but must be 220 volts.
  • Wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces and body props are not allowed.
  • The model’s hair should be cut at least one (1) inch long.
  • After haircutting, all stylists must leave their area to provide the inspectors enough space & time to check if rules are followed.
  • After hairstyling, all stylists must leave their area to provide the inspectors enough space & time to give the models their assigned numbers.

Ladies Cut and Color
30 minutes, Haircut, Color and Style (open)
Non-Pro / Pro

  • Each stylist must bring only one (1) female model.
  • Each model should wear: Plain black tube, spaghetti or one-sided top, Black jeans, High-heeled shoes.

Before the competition

  • The model’s hair must be wet and combed-back flat.

Before the competition

  • Model face should be completely free of any trace of make-up before the competition starts.

Competition proper

  • Any make-up brand/product can be used.
  • Wigs, hair extensions, hairpieces and ornaments are allowed.
  • False eyelashes/eyelash extensions can be put before or during competitions.
  • The gown and accessories (earrings, necklace, bracelet, headdress, and handgloves) should be designed for a red carpet walk.
  • All kinds of props are prohibited.
  • Make-up and hairdo must be done one at a time.
  • After styling, the creators must leave their area to give the assigned inspectors enough space & time to check if rules are being observed and to give the models their assigned numbers.

Bridal Make-up
45 Minutes
Pro

  • Each stylist must bring only one (1) female model.

Before the competition

  • The model’s face should be make-up free before the competition starts.
  • The model’s hair must be in bun (pusod) or French twist.

Competition proper

  • Any make-up brand/product is allowed.
  • Wigs, hair extension, hairpieces and ornaments are not allowed.
  • False eyelashes/eyelash extensions can be put before or during competitions
  • Make-up must be suitable for day and evening weddings.
  • Veils are prohibited
  • Bridal earrings, necklace, bracelet and handgloves are allowed.
  • Bridal gown must be in white, ecru, off-white or beige shade. It must be simple but decent.
  • All kinds of props are prohibited
  • After styling all stylists must leave their area to provide the inspectors enough space & time to check check if rules are followed and to give the models their assigned numbers.

Fantasy Make-up
60 Minutes or 1 Hour
Pro

  • Each stylist may use multiple models either male or female

Before the competition

  • Model’s face should be free of any trace of make-up before the competition starts.
  • Body make up may be pre-done and other props.
  • Hairstyle is part of the competition.

Competition proper

  • Any make-up brand/product is allowed.
  • Wigs, hair extension, hairpieces and ornaments are allowed.
  • False eyelashes/eyelash extensions can be put before or during competitions
  • Costumes and all kinds of props are allowed.
  • Backdrops and background are allowed.
  • Make-up and hairdo must be done one at a time.
  • After styling, the creators must leave there area to give the assigned inspectors enough space & time to check if rules are being observed and give the models their assigned numbers.

Evening Make-up
60 Minutes or 1 Hour
Non-Pro

  • Each stylist must bring only one (1) female model.
  • Each model should should wear: Plain white tube, spagetti or one-sided top, Black jeans, High-heeled shoes.
